  1. Outcome could be a) booking for procedure (cost £200-£800); b) referral for specialist care.
  2. These appointments are for an initial discussion of issues specific to women. These may include: continence, sexual dysfunction, periods, contraception, breast concerns, menopause & HRT (or anything else that concerns you).
  3. These appointments are for an initial discussion of issues specific to men in a safe space. Whether your issue is psychological or physical these appointments allow enough time with one of our male GPs to discuss your concerns. Common issue include: continence, urinary & prostate concerns; sexual dysfunction & erectile issues; testicular problems; worries about testosterone, the male menopause or hair loss (or anything else that concerns you).
  4. Do you have or think you may be suffering from a mental health problem e.g. depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar. Take a 30 minute initial appointment to discuss in detail your personal history, form a diagnosis & a management plan. We can prescribe medication, recommend therapy or refer to psychology or psychiatric colleagues. We are supported by an excellent mental health team in our partners Spectrum.Life which you can also avail of.
  5. Steps: 1 – Book a Weight Management appointment with our nurse (bloods & physiological parameters); 2 – 1 week later book a Weight Management 1st Appointment with one of our GPs; 3 – 4 weekly virtual or in-clinic review with your Weight Management GP.
  6. During this appointment you will discuss your diabetes, receive dietary advice (Keto, Low Carb) and medication advice. Please bring your most recent GP blood results or have your bloods done at Duality Healthcare 1 week before your appointment.

Our process

How Do I Make an Appointment?

Simply book your appointment online below or by contacting us directly by phone above. We will take your details and arrange a suitable appointment time and date. It is our aim to offer our patients an appointment on the day an enquiry is made. However, where no appointments are available, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative. To ensure you have enough time with the clinician, we can also provide extended appointments times if requested. When a face to face appointment does not suit, is unnecessary or unavailable, consider booking yourself an online virtual appointment.

01

Book by phoning, booking online (below) or dropping into one of our clinics. Payment may be taken at the time of booking so please have your details ready.

02

You will receive an Email confirmation with your appointment details, a link if you have booked a virtual appointment and details of where your clinic is. Please note our Newry Clinic is at Savages Terrace and no longer Monaghan Street.

03

Any prescription, sick-note or referral generated during the consultation has no further charge and is included in the cost of your appointment. Any documents requested outwith the appointment or later will incur a small administrative fee.

What To Expect at a Duality Healthcare Appointment?

Our focus is on quality of care for our patients. We want to make the process of booking and seeing our clinicians as simple and pleasant an experience as possible. The first time you use our service you may be asked for photographic identification. Chaperones can be made available at any time. Remember we don’t have access to your NHS notes so any results you wish us to comment on not ordered by us will need to be provided.

All our clinicians will endeavour to explore your ideas, address your concerns and meet your expectations to the highest possible standards.
