All our Urgent Care Appointments are £60

Our Private Urgent Care service is an alternative to your local Out-of-Hours arrangements. We do not make you wait on a phonecall, triage your case for suitability – you choose your condition, confirm your appointment and attend at the agreed time for your face-to-face assessment. These appointments are available during the day, evening and weekends.

Please do not use the Out-of-Hours service for issues that are inappropriate or bookable elsewhere. The clinician will not advise on chronic health conditions or undertake investigations or referrals in these appointments. You will be asked to book a regular GP consultation at additional cost.

NHS Out of Hours GP Services in Northern Ireland are reported as having long waits for callbacks.

At Duality Health we try to take the uncertainty out of unscheduled care – when you are unwell you don’t want to wait on a phonecall or wonder if and when you will be called back or seen.

WIth Duality Health book online and secure your appointment with a qualified GP. You know you need seen face to face & we are happy to facilitate this. We have extended this service to day time availability, evenings as well as weekends.

The clinician has referred me to A+E – will I get seen sooner?

If our clinician has deemed that your clinical presentation requires an A+E attendance they will provide you with a letter of referral. You will be triaged in A+E as any NHS patient and prioritised in terms of clinical need and necessity. If you are referred to A+E you have been provided with medical assessment and advice on your condition by our clinician. This is why their is a charge associated with your appointment. Referral to A+E does not entitle the patient to a refund as this was the most appropriate management for your condition and presentation.
